By accessing any page, funnel, community, or program operated by Michael Blythe, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, cease all access immediately.
Important: Michael Blythe operates as a licensed Senior Partner within the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, owned and controlled by Adam Chamsine. All operations are subject to FFE master Terms, which take precedence in all matters related to FFE intellectual property, brand use, and licensing.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access any program offered through Michael Blythe.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Butler County, Ohio.
Michael Blythe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.freedommichael.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, including all brand assets, funnels, training, AI systems, email sequences, community structure, SOPs, templates, scripts, copy, automations, and all associated intellectual property, is the sole and exclusive property of Adam Chamsine, sole proprietor, EIN 33-4135620, Prosper, Texas, USA.
Michael Blythe operates as a licensed Senior Partner within FFE and has no ownership, equity, or proprietary interest in any FFE asset. All systems and materials used to operate Michael Blythe remain the property of Adam Chamsine at all times.
The following are exclusively owned by Adam Chamsine and protected under applicable intellectual property law:

Michael Blythe operates under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted by Adam Chamsine. This license permits the Operator to use approved FFE materials solely for the purpose of running their authorized partner business within the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™.
This license does not grant any ownership rights, equity, or sublicensing authority. It may be revoked by Adam Chamsine at any time for any violation of the FFE master Terms & Conditions.
Users who access programs or communities through Michael Blythe receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased digital content for their own use. This does not include any right to copy, share, resell, or distribute any content.
The following words and phrases are strictly forbidden in your community name, Skool profile, public marketing, social media handles, YouTube channels, domain names, and any public-facing asset:

Using these words triggers platform compliance flags on Skool and other platforms, creates legal conflicts with the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ trademark, and risks your FranchiseHQ™ sales and marketing platform account being suspended. A suspension means immediate loss of your funnel assets, email sequences, automation systems, and your entire business infrastructure. Following this rule keeps your business protected and compliant permanently.
Required: Use the Name Bank
Your Senior Partner onboarding materials include a Name Bank file containing 100+ pre-cleared community and brand names ready to use. You are required to select your community name exclusively from this bank. Your community name must also appear on your Skool cover card. No exceptions.
Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of your Senior Partner license agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, white-label video deactivation, and revocation of all FFE license rights without refund.
Michael Blythe makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or results. Any earnings figures or income examples referenced in our marketing represent exceptional outcomes and are not typical. The average participant may earn little to no income.
Your results will depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance. All income statements are estimates only.
Any testimonials or case studies shared represent individual experiences only and are not a guarantee of your results.
If you earn commissions promoting products through this program, you are independently responsible for clearly disclosing your material connection per FTC guidelines. Failure to disclose is a violation of this Agreement.
Michael Blythe and/or Adam Chamsine may earn affiliate commissions from tools and programs recommended within this ecosystem, including FranchiseHQ™ (app.ffehq.com), Skool, Namecheap, Google Workspace, and the Legacy Builders Program. These are affiliate relationships and are fully disclosed.
Adam Chamsine offers done-for-you (DFY) setup services and private one-on-one coaching programs directly through Adam Chamsine's own Skool community and classroom. When Michael Blythe refers a community member and that member purchases a DFY service or coaching program through Adam Chamsine's classroom, Michael Blythe earns a twenty percent (20%) referral commission on that sale. This is a material connection disclosed under FTC guidelines. These purchases are processed through the applicable platform's own payment system and are fulfilled solely by Adam Chamsine — not by Michael Blythe.
We recommend third-party platforms as part of our system. We are not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability, or functionality. Any such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
We use AI tools to generate content, prompts, and automation logic. AI-generated content is a productivity tool only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated content you publish.
Michael Blythe operates completely independently of the parent company or creator of the Legacy Builders Program and of any other third-party digital product, software, or educational program offered through this website or community (each, a "Third-Party Program"). Michael Blythe maintains no corporate affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or other legal affiliation of any kind with any such Third-Party Program's parent company or creator.
With respect to the Legacy Builders Program and any other Third-Party Program made available through this website, Michael Blythe acts strictly and solely as an independent reseller or license distributor. Michael Blythe does not own, author, control, operate, or manage the underlying Third-Party Program, its curriculum, its technology, or its business operations.
Any purchase of a Third-Party Program constitutes a transaction between you and that Third-Party Program's own parent company or creator, subject to that party's own separate terms, licensing conditions, and policies, which you are encouraged to review independently prior to purchase.
The purchase of an educational product, course, or digital license — including the Legacy Builders Program — is strictly a self-study asset. Purchase of a Third-Party Program does not, under any circumstance, entitle you to any custom technical labor, website or funnel design, software integration, deployment work, or ongoing one-on-one coaching from Michael Blythe.
Any done-for-you (DFY) setup package, technical configuration service, or personal coaching program offered by Michael Blythe is a wholly separate and independent service agreement, governed by its own distinct scope of work, fee structure, deliverables, and boundaries, and must be purchased separately from any Third-Party Program license.
Michael Blythe expressly disclaims any and all liability, responsibility, or warranty — express or implied — for the uptime, availability, functionality, content, curriculum changes, corporate policies, pricing changes, or business practices of any Third-Party Program or its parent company, including without limitation the Legacy Builders Program and its parent creators.
Michael Blythe has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any modification, discontinuation, outage, or policy change made by a Third-Party Program's parent company at any time, before or after your purchase. Your sole recourse for any dispute, service failure, or dissatisfaction arising from a Third-Party Program lies with that program's own parent company, and not with Michael Blythe.
Michael Blythe collects information you provide when you opt in, register, or purchase — including name, email address, and phone number. Payment data is processed securely by third-party processors; we do not store card details.
All marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly. By opting in, you consent to receive communications related to our programs. You may unsubscribe at any time.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed, used, or implemented the purchased products or services.
You may cancel your FranchiseHQ™ Growth Plan subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it is revoked.

By purchasing any product or subscription, you agree that:
Michael Blythe shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events. No such event entitles any user to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Blythe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Blythe and Adam Chamsine from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our systems, your violations of this Agreement, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.
All community members agree to abide by published community rules. The operator reserves the right to remove or ban any member for disruptive, harmful, or off-brand conduct without refund.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions continue in full effect.
